There is no need to separate your colors and whites we will do that for you. You should, however, be sure that your socks are not balled up, and that there aren’t clothes inside of clothes, such as two shirts that you took off together, or shorts and sweats that came off together. These oversights will prevent your clothes from getting their cleanest.

Wash & fold laundry is charged by the pound (and weighed when it's clean and dry!). Here are some typical assortments to help you size up your laundry:

Yes. The minimum charge for wash & fold laundry is 20 lbs. The minimum charge for dry cleaning/dress shirt laundry is 20lbs. 

*NOTE: The dry cleaning/dress shirt laundry fee is waived if there is an accompanying wash & fold service that meets the 20 lb. minimum.  

This helps us launder efficiently - and makes it easy to add a few incidental dry cleaning items/dress shirts to your wash & fold laundry pickup! Please bag these items separately.

After each pickup, your delivery will take place on the next service day in your area.

No. Most of our customers leave their items near their front doors where our drivers can find them. Or, you can tell us if you'll leave your laundry in a special place (at the back door, etc.) and we'll leave your laundry in the same spot. At your direction, we'll only deliver if someone answers the door. Don't forget to leave us your gate code if you have one!

Use plastic trash bags or pillow cases. Don't forget to label them "Wash & Fold" or "Dry Cleaning/Dress Shirts". You'll receive our color-coded Clean City Laundry bags with your first delivery – making it easy to keep your wash & fold laundry and dry cleaning/dress shirts separate.

Our service holidays (no pickups or deliveries) are: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If your delivery or regular weekly pickup falls on one of these days, we'll be there the following business day (even if that's not a normal service day in your area).

Clean City Laundry accepts Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards that you provide when you schedule your first pickup. You will not need to re-enter your credit card for future pickups – card numbers are encrypted and securely stored at industry-leading Authorize.Net (not on our servers and we can only access the last four digits).

We will wash any item with special instructions. If you like your delicates hung or not heat dried just let us know.

No, never, won’t happen. We wash, dry and fold each clients clothing separately. So you don’t have to worry about your garments mingling with the dirty neighbors garments.

All of our orders are done with a commercial strength name brand detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets. We also use an oxi-bleach (non-chlorinated so it wont fade colors) to give your clothing the extra brightening you deserve.

Sheets, towels and pillowcases are charged on our regular per pound plan. Comforters are priced differently.
